SOCAR’s payment to the state budget increases by nearly 3%, amounts to AZN 741M

SOCAR paid AZN 741,326 million to the state budget in Jan-June of this year, which 2,7% or AZN 19,705 million more than the analogous period of the previous year, APA reports citing SOCAR.

The Company has invested in business spheres and new counties by expansion of its business portfolio and began to explore global markets. As a result it turned out to be one of the leading energy companies of the world and global brand of Azerbaijan.

“Today SOCAR invests in all stages on the creation of value chain of global energy project, optimizes its revenues with the vertical integration strategy and adds value to the country’s economy”, SOCAR stated.
