The executive state structures are determined in connection with the organization of the mechanism for monitoring the cases of exemption from payment of taxes and customs duties, APA reports.
The corresponding provision is reflected in the "Plan of Measures to Improve the Control System of Import-Export Operations", approved on the eve of the relevant decree of the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the order, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Taxes and the Ministry of Finance will act as executive state structures.
Executing state structures should provide an assessment of the impact of tax and customs benefits on budget revenues and activities of business entities, the creation of a centralized register of data on cases of exemption from payment of taxes and customs duties in import-export transactions, as well as access of relevant structures to the specified data.
According to the Plan of Measures, relevant instructions are also given to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and the Cabinet of Ministers.
The measures envisaged by the decree should be implemented by December 1 of the current year.
