Current context says: Personal inspection is carried out by officers of customs authorities in an isolated room which meets sanitary and hygienic requirements. Two witnesses must participate in the inspection. No other individual is allowed to enter the room and record the inspection.

In connection with this, a new item is annexed to the article #99: During the personal inspection, as well as taking of goods and documents, two adults that are not interested in the result of the case must participate in the inspection as witness.
