Azerbaijan-based banks allocated AZN 11.9 million of government mortgage loans through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund in June 2017.
According to Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the banks have given mortgage loan in hte amount of AZN 76.8 million since early 2017.
However, the government mortgage lending in 2017 amounted to AZN 24.9 million.
In June, AZN 3.8 million was allocated from the state budget for AMF.
AMF refinanced AZN 9.2 million in June 2017.
The AMF issued AZN 10 million-bonds at BSE in the reporting period.
Regarding AMF mortgage portfolio, as of July 1, the loans allocated by authorized credit institutions amounted to AZN 42,612.1, average period – 280 months, interest rate 6.67% and monthly payment AZN 305.6.
