In January-October 2017 the worth of products sold in retail trade network amounted to AZN 28 billion, up 2.1% from previous year.
According to State Statistical Committee, in the retail trade network, the population spent 50.6% of funds on food products, drinks and tobacco products, 18.2% on textile products, clothes and shoes, 6.3% on electrical products and furniture, 5.3% on fuel, 1.4% on pharmacological and medical products, 0.7% on computers, telecommunication equipments and printing products, 17.5% on other non-food products.
Per head retail trade turnover stood at AZN 288.2, up AZN 40.3 from 2016.
