Azerbaijan-based banks allocated AZN 19.2 million of government mortgage loans through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) in February 2018, up 31.5% or AZN 4.6 million from previous month. However, banks allocated AZN 33.8 million-mortgage loan in January-February 2018.
In January, AZN 50 million was allocated from the state budget for AMF.
AMF refinanced AZN 22.5 million in January 2018.
Regarding AMF mortgage portfolio, as of March 1, the loans allocated by authorized credit institutions amounted to AZN 45,700, average period – 281 months, interest rate 6.63% and monthly payment AZN 325.9.
