IBA makes changes in Supervisory Board

International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has today held shareholder meeting.

Bank says changes have been made in the Supervisory Board.

Former member of Supervisory Board Sahil Babayev, who has been appointed as the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, has been replaced with Deputy Chairman of State Committee on Property Issues Rustam Shahbazov. Supervisory Board’s regulation has also been approved.

Later on, issues on organization of works of eth Board and Audit Committee have been discussed, including new composition of the Audit Committee has been formed. Azad Mammadov has been appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee, Zamig Mammadov and Vugar Badalov – as members.

At the same day, the next meeting of the Supervisory Board has been held. Report on financial performances on four months has been listened, then credit appeals and other issues have been discussed.
