In January-June 2018, AZN 6,331,700,000 million was invested in Azerbaijan’s fixed capital from all financial sources, down 14.1% from previous year, said the State Statistical Committee.
State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that 72.9% of these funds were spent to construction of production facilities, 20.7% to construction of facilities on service areas, 7.3% to construction of residential houses with the total area of 646,400 m². Domestic investments amounted to 54.3% of total investments.
In the structure of investments in the fixed capital 52.8% made up investments of enterprises and organizations, 14.7% bank loans, 24.4% budget funds, 1.3% off-budget funds, 6.2% private funds, and 0.6% other funds.
