‘Normalization of banking system in Azerbaijan is important for development of non-oil sector and achievement of increase in this field’, MP Ali Masimli said at the plenary meeting of the parliament.
According to him, normalization of banking system should not be limited with IBA’s normalization: ‘There is not any perspective for sector from banks’ increase of revenues from high interests. Instead they can switch to more perspective methods and take concrete steps. Moreover, it’s impossible to normalize the banking system without solving troubled loans’.
