According to him, the state believes that the foreign creditors will support the restructuring plan for health of the IBA: "However, the belief is a bit emotional. Exploration of markets and their reaction to this process show that we have ground to be optimistic. Anyway, if the creditors don't support this plan, which is unlikely, we have another plan to solve the liabilities. Anyway, the clients of bank will not face any problem due to this process".
