Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Dong-Soo Pyo, Principal Financial Specialist of South Asia Transport and Communications Division of Asian Development Bank (ADB), will end his visit to Azerbaijan today, Baku office of ADB told APA-Economics.
“ADB’s Principal Financial Specialist has held a number of meetings in the Ministry of Transport since August 5. ADB representative said during the meetings that the bank was ready to grant loan for the reconstruction, construction and improvement of highways and railways in Azerbaijanâ€, the office said.
ADB participates in the reconstruction of Masalli-Astara highway and “Rail Trade and Transport Facilitation Project†in Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan has been the member of Asian Development Bank since 1999.
