Zamin Bank joins Union Card

Baku. Elnur Hüseynquluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Zamin Bank has joined Union Card payment system. The bank also said it has launched issue of National Credit Cards which allow customers to get in cash any amounts in manats, rubles and euros through direct payment and ATM within Azerbaijan the CIS countries. Zamin Bank is member of Visa International (Electron, Classic, Gold, Platinum) too.
As of July 1, its assets stood at AZN 115.433 million, twice as much as a year earlier.
The bank said loan portfolio increased by 2.2 times to AZN 69.308 million, deposit portfolio rose 2.6 times to AZN 37.683 million, total capital went up 15.7% to AZN 12.956 million and authorized capital reached AZN 11.195 million.
Established in 1992, Zamin Bank has 20 branches, 6 offices, a representative office in Moscow, 20 ATMs and 938 POS terminals.
