Starting this year, the Nakhchivan Automobile Plant will start assembling Chinese-brand pickups and electric cars, head of sales department Farhad Huseynov told APA-Economics.
According to him, first time in the plant, from September of this year, assembling of ZX Avtobrend pickups is planned. The parts of the car will be brought mainly from China. Preparing several spare parts in Azerbaijan, Chinese company was applied: “If the company approves, during the assembling of the pickups, several spare parts produced in Sumgait plants can also be used.”
