The head of the Baku Stock Exchange, Eldar Abdullayev attended the annual, as well as general meeting organized by the Johannesburg Fond Exchange and the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), with the participation of WFE member stock exchanges in the city of Johannesburg of the Republic of South Africa on March 27-29, 2023, APA-Economics reports.
Within the framework of the event, future development of the member exchanges of the WFE, current issues of the stock exchanging trading in the land of countries, expansion of the securities market, effective management of the system risks, development of the capital market, annual budget and membership rules were discussed comprehensively.
Note that Baku Stock Exchange is a member of WFE since 2020.
