In January-March of this year, Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover was equal to USD 11,771.19 mln, which is 7.3% more than the same period last year, the State Customs Committee told APA-Economics.
In the last year, exports across the country decreased by 3% and amounted to USD 7,741.33 million. On the contrary, import increased by 37.7% to USD 4,029.86 million.
Although a positive surplus of USD 3,711.47 mln was created in the foreign trade turnover, it was 26.5% less than in the same period last year.
