In January-June of this year, Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover made up USD 24.8 bln, APA-Economics reports citing the report of Azerbaijan’s Central Bank.
A surplus amounted to USD 16.4 bln. over the oil and gas sector covered up, the deficit amounted to USD 3.4 bln. in non-oil sector.
As a result, during the reporting period, there was a surplus amounting to USD 13 bln. in the foreign trade balance. In the six months of 2022, Azerbaijan has trade relations with 167 countries in the world.
