Azerbaijan’s Lankaran and Uzbekistan’s Bukhara cities have been twinned, APA reports.
On February 24, the 1st Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan interregional forum was held by support Uzbekistan's investment, Industry and Trade Ministry and the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan in Tashkent and organized by Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan – AZPROMO. Along with officials from the both sides, entrepreneurs operation in various field attended the event,
Several documents were signed within the framework of the forum,
The document on twinning of Lankaran-Bukhara was signed by the President of Lankaran City Executive Power Taleh Garashov and Bukhara city judge Jamol Nasirov.
