Azerbaijan's non-oil export increased by 23,2% in 2023

In January-March of 2023, non-oil exports of Azerbaijan increased by 23,2% to stand at USD 912,2 mln, APA-Economics Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication told APA-Economics.

Notably, 16,6% of Azerbaijan's energy production was directed to export. As follows, during the first quarter of the current year, the export of electricity increased by 6,1 times or 234.7 million and amounted to USD 281,1 mln which is 2,3 times more compared to final export value of 2022.

During January-March 2023, the export of food products increased by 5,7% and amounted to USD 169,9 mln and the export of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 3.4% and amounted to USD 178,9 mln.
