In the first quarter of this year, the volume of Azerbaijan's trade exchange with Turkiye has made up USD 1 443 bln and this is 29,1% more in comparison to the analogical period of 2021, APA-Economics reports citing the State Statistics Committee.
The volume of export from Azerbaijan to Turkiye in the reporting period has made up USD 961 074 mln, and imports made up USD 482 194 mln. In comparison to the same period of the previous year, the export increased by 30% and imports increased by 27,3%. More than half of the export fell to the share of the natural gas.
