Fitch Solutions improved the growth forecast of Real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Azerbaijan for 202, APA-Economics reports citing the August issue of the "Europe Monthly Outlook Presentation" report of the rating agency.
Fitch Solutions increased the real GDP growth forecast from 3.48% (June indicator) to 5.12%.
According to the agency's joint forecast with Bloomberg Consensus, this indicator will be accounted for 3.85% in 2022.
The agency did not change the average inflation forecast in Azerbaijan for 2022 and remained at 7.8%. By the joint forecast of Fitch Solutions and Bloomberg Consensus, the average inflation will be 10.4% by the end of this year.
