S&P Global Ratings international rating agency announced the economic growth forecast of Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports citing the agency.
The agency forecasted the growth of the real gross domestic product (GDP) for this year at 0%. In other words, S&P Global Ratings reduced the economic growth forecast in Azerbaijan by 1.5% compared to the April forecast.
The agency predicted the real GDP growth in Azerbaijan at around 1.5% for 2023 and 2024.
Although S&P did not change its forecast for 2024, it increased its forecast for 2025 by 0.5%.
