The signing ceremony of the Grant Arrangement on "Supporting the Livelihood of Vulnerable Populations Living in Azerbaijan Territories Affected by Armed Conflict" Project was held between the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on August 30, APA report citing KOICA.
The project costs USD 6 million dollars.
The project will be held in 11 regions of Azerbaijan located on the border with Armenia.
"The project is focused on making positive changes in the people suffering from the war in these regions," the information said.
