“We will expand works on the establishment of smart villages in Azerbaijan,” Sarah Michael, World Bank's Azerbaijan manager told APA-Economics.
According to her, "smart villages" are one of the focus areas of both the European Union and the World Bank in Azerbaijan, along with other countries.
