Isgender Javadov: Which team if not Kazakhstan?

â€œI am tired of speaking about the national team. Failing to beat Kazakhstan which was left with ten players showed that there is no Azeri team. Which team are we supposed to beat if not Kazakhstan?â€, football veteran Isgender Javadov told APA-Sport.
He connected this failure with the low level of national championship. Javadov said Shahin Diniyev is not worth leading the squad. He stated that both head coach Diniyev and AFFA president Ramiz Mirzeyev should resign for keeping the truth unveiled.
â€œDiniyev tells story and displays enthusiasm before each game. Besides, he cries so loudly after the victory as if the team won world championship. Instead, Diniyev should confess non-existence of football in Azerbaijan and resign. Diniyev and Mirzeyev should be swept offâ€, he said.
Though Javadov said Diniyev has a worthy substitutive, he refused to name him. Former AFFA Executive Committee member thinks our team will not be able to win over Armenia if it plays like in previous two encounters. He showed Ramiz Mirzeyevâ€™s unsuccessful policy as the main reason of teamâ€™s failure. Javadov noted that all he will appeal to the state leader Ilham Aliyev on behalf of all football veterans in a few days.
â€œWe will inform the president that Mirzeyev pursues wrong policy. AFFA president seeks personal benefit and prevents our football from the development. Much work could have been done during past four yearsâ€, he said. /APA-Sport/
