Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has agreed to a three and a half year deal with Turkish giants Fenerbahce according to the latest reports, APA reports citing futaa.

Turkish tabloid DHASpor reports that the 32-year-old German will be joining the yellow-dark blue club after an agreement was reached with club President Ali Koç.

Ozil has been a darling to the Turkish fans with the player having his roots in the country and according to the reports the player will join the club in January with Arsenal paying part of his dues; the player set to receive 2.5 million Euros as his sign-on fee and 5 million Euros annually as his salary.

Apart from the Turkish giants, the playmaker has strongly been linked with a move to MLS side DC United who are willing to pay the same dues he is earning at Arsenal.
