It is assumed that the 2020 European Championship will be held from June 11 to July 11, 2021, UEFA said, APA-Sport reports.

In response to a request from the Russian Sport-Express publication, a football organization on the continent commented on the likelihood of a change in the number of host cities for Euro 2020: “We intend to maintain a game calendar and host cities for the championship. But the match calendar is currently not officially approved. In this regard, UEFA is in close contact with all 12 cities. New information will be released in an appropriate manner. Today we have no additional information.”

Note that the Euro 2020 games will be held in 12 cities, including in Baku.
