Qarabagh football team underwent another coronavirus test before the match against Villarreal of Spain in the last - VI round of the group stage of the UEFA Europa League, APA reports quoting the club's website.

Two more players - Shahruddin Mahammadaliyev and Jaime Romero had tested positive for coronavirus.

Earlier, Gara Garayev, Emil Balayev, Ismail Ibrahimli, Tural Bayramov, Mahir Emreli, Abbas Huseynov and Kevin Medina had tested positive for coronavirus.

Bedavi Huseynov and Patrick Andrade will miss the next match due to injuries.

Maxim Medvedev and Musa Gurbanli, who passed tested negative did not fully resume training on the advice of a doctor.

Thus, 13 of the 23 players (both goalkeepers) in the A and B applications submitted to UEFA will not be able to participate in the match against Villarreal. This means that the meeting with the Spanish representative scheduled for December 10 will not take place.

The final decision on the match will be made by UEFA.
