Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev has met with Iran's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Seyyed Abbas Mousavi, Hikmat Hajiyev wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
"Today I was pleased to welcome new Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran to Azerbaijan Mr. Abbas Mousavi. We have reviewed our bilateral tries and expressed our resolve to develop our good neighbourly ties and friendship. As former MFA Spokespersons, we had much in common," Hikmat Hajiyev said.
