Diplomats see these destructions and report to their countries,” said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration during the visit to liberated territories with the representatives of diplomatic corps, APA reports.
He noted that Armenians pursued a policy of taking revenge from the corpses: “This is the most ugly form of vandalism. The international community should see this and be aware of the atrocities committed over the years”
