Azerbaijan ranks 45th among world’s 80 “best countries"

“U.S. News & World Report” media company headquartered in the USA along with “BAV Group” and “The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania” have disclosed the list of “Best countries” for 2019, APA reports citing “usnews.com”.

Azerbaijan has also been included in the list which covers the world’s 80 countries. The list has been prepared on the basis of resulsts of the survey conducted among over 20,000 citizens of various countries of the world and according to various criteria including citizenship, cultural impact, entrepreneurship, openness for business, power, and living standards. It is estimable that in the assessment of country’s power Azerbaijan secured 45th place leaving behind many leading countries. During assessment of power, such factors as “leader”, “economically influential”, “politically influential”, “strong international alliances”, “strong military” have been taken into consideration. And in terms of rate of growth of economy our country settled down on 35th place.
