"The Armenian side should behave as a loser side," Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation Polad Bulbuloglu in an interview with APA's Moscow bureau while answering the question “With the mediation of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia are negotiating at the level of deputy prime ministers. Several meetings have already taken place in Moscow. Armenia is trying to prevent the opening of communication lines. Large obligations in this matter fall on Moscow as the guarantor of the trilateral statement. It would be interesting to know your opinion about this."

"Yes, as I mentioned, there are difficulties. But the positive thing here is that this process is ongoing. Naturally, it goes with difficulty. Armenian society still cannot accept that they lost the 44-day war. The Armenian side must behave like a losing side. But, unfortunately, we do not see this. Every day we read in the press that Armenia is again making claims. In my opinion, some time should pass. 4 months have passed since Armenia signed the surrender. 4 months is very little time for questions of this magnitude, events. I think that some time should pass.

He unequivocally says that Azerbaijan won a victory in the war, Karabakh is Azerbaijan, and the Armenians living there should approach this problem from this point of view. The former head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry wrote about this. Former adviser to the President of Armenia Zhirayr Liparitan writes openly about the defeat of Armenia and says that the Armenian society must understand this. Therefore, today the Armenian society, the Armenian intelligentsia must understand that apart from good-neighborliness they have no other choice. You know, Mr. President Ilham Aliyev stated his position on this matter, put an end to these issues.
