Azerbaijani FM: “Relations between Azerbaijan and Sweden being developed”

We had a bilateral and wide-ranging meeting with a large delegation led by Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE Ann Linde, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference following the meeting with Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE Ann Linde who is on a visit in Azerbaijan, APA reports.

J. Bayramov noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and Sweden are being developed: “Continuation of the political dialogue, discussion of the projects of common interest, as well as high-level visits are very important. So we highly appreciate this visit”.

Minister of Foreign Affairs noted that last year, for the first time, Sweden has appointed a resident ambassador to Azerbaijan: “Appointment of Azerbaijani ambassador to Sweden is considered soon”.
