Azerbaijani FM: “Time to get rid of the moments impeding the process on the issue of Nagorno Garabagh”

“We have discussed the resolution of Nagorno Garabagh conflict, the latest developments in this field in details. This is important in bilateral and multilateral relations with Russia. We have to go further in this issue, the absence of neither war nor peace bears fruit. It is time to get rid of points that make the process complicated," said Elmar Mammadyarov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at a press conference in Baku following a meeting with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, APA reports.

Mr Mammadyarov emphasized that the return of IDPs, the establishment of mutual relations, the construction of roads and so on. issues should be resolved: “The regulation should be so that the partnership lead to prosperity. It is also on the agenda of our dialogue with Russia.”
