Azerbaijani President will not attend the Victory Parade in Moscow

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not take part in a military parade in Moscow on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Victory, said President Ilham Aliyev during a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, APA reports.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed regret that the planned participation in the military parade dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in Moscow was not possible due to the extension of quarantine measures in Azerbaijan and noted that our country will be represented at the event by the Minister of Defense and 75 servicemen of the Azerbaijani Army.
