British ambassador thanked Azerbaijan

The British Ambassador to Azerbaijan James Sharp thanked for the video projection of the British flag on the Heydar Aliyev Center in support of the fight against coronaviru, the ambassador wrote on Twitter, APA reports.

"This is both a great spectacle and a very sincere gesture. I thank the Azerbaijani state and the Heydar Aliyev Center and wish the Azerbaijani people good health. It is very important to show solidarity and work together in these difficult times," said Ambassador Sharp.

As an expression of Azerbaijan's solidarity with the international community against the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the flag of the virus-affected countries is projected on the building of the Heydar Aliyev Center, one of the pearls of world architectural monuments since April 3.
