“Ins'h'allah, another Turkic republic – Uzbekistan will join TurkPA”, said Mustafa Sentop, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (GNAT), APA reports.
“A voting will be conducted at the meeting that will be held in Baku and ins'h'allah, Uzbekistan will also become a member of TurkPA, and we will see it in our ranks. We are uniting under various platforms the individuals of one nation who have been separated for many years. And TurkPA is a platform between parliaments of these countries”, he added.
M. Sentop reminded the meeting held at Turkic Academy during the meeting of chairmen of parliaments of Eurasian countries held in Nursultan City in October of this year: “Chairman of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov also participated in that meeting. We evaluated the completed works at the meeting, and we see that the targets are achieved to the great extent. But this is not sufficient”.
