First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has congratulated First Deputy Director General of the Russian News Agency TASS Mikhail Gusman on his 70th anniversary, Mehriban Aliyeva posted the congratulatory message on her official Instagram page, APA reports.

Mehriban Aliyeva noted that thanks to his multifaceted talent, inexhaustible energy, tireless work and striving for new creative heights, Mikhail Gusman managed to bring the youth of his soul through the years, to maintain optimism and constant goodwill.

Mehriban Aliyeva emphasized that as a true patriot, Mikhail Gusman has made a great contribution to strengthening friendly relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation.
