“I want to express gratitude for the hospitality and wide discussions,” said Ivan Korčok, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic at the briefing held after meeting with Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports.
Ivan Korčok said that he came to Azerbaijan after his visit to Turkey.
The guest noted economic relations between Slovakia and Azerbaijan cannot be considered satisfactory: “Numerous cars are produced in Slovakia. At the same time startup projects creating “smart cities” are carried out in Slovakia. We can cooperate with Azerbaijan in this field.”
Ivan Korčok noted that it is important to sign a new agreement on cooperation between Azerbaijan and the EU and Slovakia will support Azerbaijan in this field.
