Hikmat Hajiyev: “There are a lot of people in US congress who understand Armenia’s provocation”

“Armenian lobby appealed to the US Congress. Some in the Congress acts jointly with the Armenian lobby,” said Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Issues Department of the Administration Hikmat Hajiyev at a press conference held today, APA reports.

H.Hajiyev noted that their dirty acts should be investigated by the Ethics Committee of Congress: “They carry out deeds of provocation but they were prevented. There are a lot of people in Congress who understand the provocation of Armenia.”

Assistant to Azerbaijani President noted that their attempts failed: “From this viewpoint, I would like to mention the role of people who understand the strategic cooperation with Azerbaijan.”
