“Israel cares about the Azerbaijani people”, said the Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek in his video appeal streamed on “Twitter”, APA reports.
The ambassador stressed that in the times when the elderly people are forced to stay at home, Israel has come to a decision to contribute to the efforts made.
“In these hard times, our friendship manifests itself not only in words but also in actions. Israel joining the efforts of the Azerbaijani government, has provided its assistance to the people in need during the period of a pandemic”, is noted in the message.
