"I would like to bring to your attention one issue about our plans. I am sure that you are aware of this. However, works are underway in this direction. This issue is related to the establishment of the Italian-Azerbaijani University in Baku. We have already allocated a place. Work has already begun on the establishment of the university,” said President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev as he received in a video format a delegation led by Chairman of the Italian Marie Tecnimont Group Fabrizio Di Amato, APA reports.
The President noted that this issue has also been agreed upon at the government level: “I hope that if we work hard we can start this work this year. Because it will be a good indicator of our friendship and at the same time in order, we can manage these facilities, these industry fields, it is also very important in the issue of preparation and training of young Azerbaijanis in the specialties required by our economy for the future. It will also help to strengthen close friendly relations between our countries.”
