Meeting of heads of MFAs of member states of Turkic Council ends in Baku - UPDATED

The extraordinary meeting of Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Turkic Council has ended in Baku, APA reports.

The issues of identification of the Honorary President status, the countries not being the members of the organization, as well as expansion of relations with international organizations have been discussed at the meeting.

The ways of solution of Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Garabagh conflict have also been discussed at the meeting.

The heads of MFAs stressed importance of further expansion of economic cooperation relations between the member countries and strengthening of unity within the organization.

The new strategy entitled as “Turkic Council 2025” defining the prospects of development of the organization has also taken its place among the discussed issues.
