Memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev is revered in Georgia - PHOTO

A commemorative event was held in Georgia on the 17th anniversary of the death of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, APA’s Georgia bureau reports.

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia Faig Guliyev and other embassy staff, Azerbaijani businessmen working in Georgia, and people were gathered in the Heydar Aliyev Park in Tibilisi, laid flowers at the monument of the national leader, and paid tribute to his memory.

Then, the participants of the event have visited the monument of the national leader in Rustavi, Georgia.

Note that today's online video conference will be held with the Azerbaijani community in Georgia related to the 17th anniversary of the death of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
