"Despite Moscow agreement, Armenians, who can not cope with Azerbaijani soldier, flee from Azerbaijani Army without a backward glance in the frontline, target only civilians", Chairman of Turkey's Grand National Assembly Mustafa Sentop said at the today's meeting in the Azerbaijani Parliament, APA reports.
M. Sentop addressed to the whole world from the Milli Majlis rostrum: "I ask the whole world: What will you do, if you do not justify steps of Armenia, which ignores your decisions?! Are you dumb, deaf, or blind?"
