““Eastern Partnership” countries are ranked in the 10th place in the list of trade partners of the European Union (EU)”, said Head of EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Kestutis Jankauskas, APA reports.
He stated trade turnover between the EU and Azerbaijan has increased by 28% in recent 10 years.
K. Jankauskas noted that number of multiple-entry visa appeals from Azerbaijan to the EU increased by 40% in 2015-2018.
He stressed 76 mln. euro has been allocated by the EU for cooperation projects with Azerbaijan in 2014-2019: “This amount has been allocated for fields of education, business, and support to regional development, as well as medicine.”
