"We will move forward. Armenia should also observe the ceasefire because they violate the ceasefire," President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with Turkish NTV on October 15, APA reports.

The head of state said that a ceasefire was declared at 12.00 am: "We have given a very serious order to all our military units to observe the ceasefire. However, this is not so easy to do. We stopped at 12.00, but they did not stop. After that, for about an hour, we again took action to defend ourselves, and after that, we liberated several more villages. Therefore, Armenia must finally understand that it will not achieve anything in this way. Only they must abide by the ceasefire. I think that the Armenian leadership and governors should make a new statement on this issue, that they are committed to the ceasefire, and are complying with it. Then we will stop. But after that, the process cannot continue for years. After that, we must be given a schedule. We did not insist so much on the schedule in Moscow meetings. Because it is difficult to agree on this in one day, we understand that. But as soon as the peace process begins, the first issue on the agenda is the schedule. Dates must be given on which dates the Armenian armed forces leave the remaining lands and we enter these lands. Otherwise, we will continue, as I said, until the end."
