President Ilham Aliyev: “Azerbaijan always supports the just cause of Turkey"

“Azerbaijan always supports Turkey’s just cause in all issues in the international arena. There has not been, and I am sure that it will not be any issue, which Azerbaijan does not supports Turkey,” President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in a media statement following the VIII meeting of Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council held today in Baku, APA reports.

The head of state said that the state of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani people are unambiguously on side of the state of Turkey and Turkish people in the currently ongoing processes in the region: “Our unity is eternal. We build our future on this solid foundation.

Therefore VIII meeting of Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council has special importance. Because, countries close to each other on a global scale, have made a decision on their future business associations, and cooperation.”
