Presidential aide: "Crossing of border into country by Azerbaijani citizens stranded in Russia is ensured by weekly schedule"

“Several our citizens have been stranded in the Central Asia countries”, said today Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration at the briefing organized by Task Force under Cabinet of Ministers, APA reports.
He said the bringing of them back to our country will also be ensured by ferryboat in the next week:
“The crossing of Russia-Azerbaijan border into Russia by the Russian citizens stranded in Azerbaijan is ensured via land road in the framework of the determined time schedule. Also the crossing of the border into the country by the Azerbaijani citizens stranded in Russia is ensured along the same route in the framework of the determined rules and by weekly time schedule. The crossing of border by citizens will also be implemented in the next week by these criteria. Via the same mechanism, the crossing of border by our citizens stranded in Georgia and by the Georgian citizens stranded in Azerbaijan is ensured in the conditions of mutual understanding”.
