“We have seen biased opinions regarding Azerbaijan in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Unfortunately, our Armenian colleagues every time wants to use of PACE as a personal political tool", said Samad Seyidov, head of the Azerbaijani Delegation to PACE, APA’s British bureau reports.
He noted that Armenian deputies still approach the issue with the feeling of revenge, with the thought of war.
“They want to influence the decisions in PACE in this way. This is unacceptable” said S. Seyidov.
He noted that there are biased approaches regarding Azerbaijan.
