“The Council of Europe is not ready for constructive dialogue, mutual cooperation”, said head of Azerbaijani Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), APA’s European bureau reports.

Commenting on the report, adopted in the PACE on the political prisoners in Azerbaijan, S. Some issues, included into the report are absolutely unacceptable. We were always ready to cooperate, but not in this way. As Azerbaijan, we will never adopt any document under press. We assess the report as a direct pressure to Azerbaijan and a document, contrary to Azerbaijan’s national interests”, he said.
